Oil & Gas Division

Matrix manufacturers a wide range of engineered products for Oil & Gas applications including subsea buoyancy, downhole products, pipeline insulation, riser ancillaries and riser and pipeline protection. For example, the company's experience in syntactic foam technology has made it a world leader in the field of Drilling Riser and Production Buoyancy. Additionally, the company's elastomer processing expertise has allowed the development of the MarineShield™ range of composite elastomer products, which are used around the world by oil & gas majors to protect critical equipment offshore.

Matrix's primary business focus is oil & gas products. To this end Matrix is planning to implement API Q1 mid 2008. This will compliment our deepwater testing facilities that will enable us to perform full scale buoyancy testing to the requirements of API 16F and float shoe pressure testing to API 10F.
