Alex Vincan

General Manager – Matrix Composites & Engineering

Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering and has extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Prior to joining Matrix he was Vice President of Manufacturing for Bosch Australia for 6 years where he was employed for over 22 years.

Paul Riordan

General Manager – Matrix Offshore Services & Engineering

Paul is a fitter and welder by trade and has over 25 years manufacturing and operational experience in the minerals processing and oil & gas industries.

Before joining Matrix he was the Process Superintendent at the Windimurra vanadium plant for 3 years.

Michael Kenyon

Chief Financial Officer

Michael has held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of Matrix since October 2010, having joined from publicly listed Forge Group Ltd where he held the same position for 4 years.

At the commencement of his career, Michael spent over five years in two of the “Big Four” accounting firms, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in Corporate Recovery and Corporate Finance.

He also has extensive experience within private enterprise as General Manager of a manufacturing/engineering. Michael is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.
