Alex Vincan
Operations Manager

Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering and has extensive experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Prior to joining Matrix he was Vice President of Manufacturing for Bosch Australia for 6 years where he was employed for over 22 years.

Gerry Northway
General Manager Advanced Materials

Gerry is a qualified accountant and formerly owned and managed a polystyrene business in Western Australia during the 1980’s.

He is currently a non-executive director of Vysarn Pty Ltd which owns and operates several manufacturing businesses in Western Australia.

Paul Riordan
General Manager Heavy Engineering

Paul is a fitter and welder by trade and has over 25 years manufacturing and operational experience in the minerals processing and oil & gas industries. Before joining Matrix he was the Process Superintendent at the Windimurra vanadium plant for 3 years.
