Independence Day: Matrix Announces Opening of Independant Office in the USA

The Company is pleased to announce the establishment of our US subsidiary, Matrix Composites & Engineering (US) Inc (“MC&E (U.S)”). Business development at MC&E (U.S) will be headed up by Billy Nitsche who joins the company as Vice President North America.

Billy brings more than 20 years experience in the Syntactic Foam and Composites Material business to the company and is starting his role with the company at a very exciting time which sees a significant expansion in production capabilities and a growing global market for deepwater Oil & Gas exploration and production.

MC&E (U.S) Inc will expand its capabilities over the remainder of 2011 in Houston to include service, warehousing  and manufacturing support and Billy will play a key role in servicing Matrix’s existing and future clients in the US.
