Matrix Consolidates Business Units To Reflect Strong Growth

As Australia’s leading manufacturer of critical engineered products for the offshore, subsea, mining and defence industries we have experienced unprecedented growth since we started business and as a result we have decided to make some changes to better reflect where we are today.

 From January 1st 2011 we will amalgamate Begley International and Matrix Composites & Engineering Limited to create a larger merged business unit. The newly created division will be called Matrix Offshore Services & Engineering and will allow us to better communicate our capabilities, values and vision to our shareholders, customers and employees.

We would like to thank our loyal customers, shareholders and employees for their support in 2010, we look forward to working with you, in our new structure in 2011 and beyond.
